Whole cow hamburger and steaks for sale at the farm! 

Happy Fall, friends! We are excited to announce a few fall sale dates at the farm and the availability of whole cow hamburger next week! Pre-order your bulk hamburger by Thursday November 5th for pickup next Saturday, November 7th at the farm from 8-noon!  
Buying in bulk is absolutely the way to go! If you need more than 50lbs, pre-ordering is mandatory. If you’ve never tried whole cow hamburger, now is your chance, you’re in for a treat! 

 
Murdock Farms pricing for whole cow hamburger is as follows:
1-5 lbs. = $7.49/lb

6-12 lbs. = $6.99/lb

13-20 lbs. = $6.49/lb

21-50 lbs. = $5.99/lb

51-100 lbs. = $5.49/lb

101 lbs.+ = $4.99/lb
*The NC statewide average price for ground beef, according to October 2015’s USDA/NCDA’s North Carolina Grass Fed Beef Report is $7.85/lb.  
 
Sale Dates at the Farm:
We will be selling hamburger and a limited number of steaks (filets, ny strip, ribeyes) a few weekends in the next couple months. Each Saturday the time is from 8am-noon. The farm is located at 548 Murdock Road in Troutman.  
Saturday, November 7th – 8-Noon

Saturday, November 28th – 8-Noon

Saturday, December 12th – 8-Noon
